President & CEO

Derek, a seasoned automotive professional and proud Minnesota native, brings over 13 years of industry experience. From sales and F&I to GSM and now President/CEO, Derek’s leadership has driven remarkable growth for dealerships at every level. His passion lies in helping dealerships thrive by using his deep operational knowledge to craft strategies that deliver long-term success.

Growing up in the business, Derek credits his father, who has over 30 years of experience, for teaching him the "Art of a Deal" and the principles of running a successful team. This foundation, combined with his hands-on experience, has shaped Derek into the trusted leader he is today.

As a mentor, Derek has developed countless successful Salespeople, Finance Managers, General Managers, Agents, and Dealerships. He works closely with teams to ensure they reach their full potential, setting him apart as a key figure in the automotive industry.

Outside of work, Derek is a proud father to Brielle and Dalton. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys snowmobiling, golfing, camping, and all things powersports. When he’s not in a dealership, you’ll likely find him cheering on the Vikings, blending his love for family and adventure.
